I think by attending the event, the effect it had on me was, number one, uh, more reinforcement. You're aware that you're working across different generations. You you know, I'm a Gen Xer, so I've still got baby boomers that I work with and then I now have Gen y's and Gen z's. I think having it as a game really makes it really fun for other people. Um, there are a lot of people who struggle to sit down and learn things just by hearing about them, but to have it down as a game where you're starting conversations with others really helps.

Actually, um, after updating the fusion workshop and attending, um, the workshop afterwards, um, for one of the first times, I was able to sit down and have a conversation with someone who attended, um, and wanted to learn more about Gen z. And, um, they were struggling in their own life to understand what it's like to be Gen z. Um, they had run into, um, this person in their life who was struggling really bad, and they just wanted to know how to support them. And so we sat down, had coffee afterwards. And it was really great to share my own insight and to learn about how they perceived the interactions.
